You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data or uploaded photos at any time. This process follows the protected-preview privacy policy.

What you can request

You have the right to request any of the following actions on your data:

Deletion of photos uploaded to the platform.
Deletion of your contact and intake information.
Correction of incorrect or incomplete data.
Access to a summary of the data we hold about you.
Deletion of your consent records.
Deletion of AI visual planning results associated with your account.

How to submit a request

Send an email to notifications@seemybody.ai with the following information:

Your full name.
The email address or phone number you used to register.
Description of your request: what data you want deleted, corrected, or accessed.
If urgent, include 'URGENT' in the email subject line.

What happens next

Once your request is received, the clinic or platform team will:

Verify your identity in a reasonable way.
Proceed with the requested deletion or correction.
Confirm the completed action by email.
Photo deletion includes the physical file in private storage.
