We collect data that a patient chooses to share in order to support intake, follow-up, and clinic review.
Data is used to support consultation organization, lead review, secure photo intake, email confirmations, and internal clinic follow-up.
Photos are stored in private infrastructure and should only be reviewed inside protected admin experiences. Patients may request data or photo deletion according to the retention and compliance rules active for the deployment.
